Order acceptance

Payment alone does not conclude the contract. It is made when we confirm and send the goods, and we may decline in the meantime with a full refund.

What things cost

Amounts are INR, tax-inclusive. Delivery: ₹59, waived at ₹999 and over. The total at checkout is final.

We change prices from time to time. Nothing changes on an order already made, and mispricings are handled by asking you.

Stock

The number on the page is the number we have. Where a race between two orders occurs, one is refunded the same working day.

What you agree not to do

  • Interference with the running of this site is not allowed.
  • Do not copy our product photographs or written descriptions for use elsewhere.
  • Do not place orders using someone else name, address or payment details.
  • Crawlers that ignore our robots file and overload the site are blocked.

Our content

Sotira Collective owns the written and photographic content of this site. Third-party names appear only where needed to identify a product.

Liability

Our responsibility is straightforward: goods that arrive wrong, broken or short are replaced or refunded in full, delivery charge included.

We do not cover consequential losses, nor delays caused by weather, industrial action or civil disruption. Our liability is capped at what you paid for the order.

Which law applies

The law of India applies. Disputes fall to the courts of India.

Talk to us before escalating. We have every incentive to put things right quickly.

Revisions

Revisions happen, but they do not reach back. Whatever was published when you ordered is what binds us both.
