Which ways can I pay?

Advance UPI, or cash at delivery. Checkout presents the options that your pincode supports.

Delivery time?

We pack quickly; the courier journey from Jaipur is what varies. Nearby cities see parcels sooner than hill or island pincodes.

What does delivery cost?

A flat ₹59, waived on orders of ₹999 and above.

Is there a return period?

Returns are open for 10 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and complete.

Where does a refund go?

Back the way it came. A UPI payment returns to the same handle. A cash order cannot be reversed, so we ask you in writing for a bank account or UPI handle and transfer it there.

Order cancellation

Free of charge, as long as the parcel has not been handed to the courier. Email assist@sotiracollective.shop or ring +91 98285 33689 with the order number as soon as you can.

Cash on delivery: any limits?

Checkout decides this from your pincode and basket value, and tells you before you commit.

What if it arrives damaged?

Turn it away if the outside looks wrong. Otherwise send photographs to assist@sotiracollective.shop within 10 days of delivery; we will replace it or refund you in full.

Do you ship internationally?

No, our shipping is limited to India only.
