From Jaipur we send orders out to India only. This page is the full picture on charges, waiting times and problems in transit.

How much delivery costs

  • Standard rate: ₹59, applied once per order.
  • When delivery is free: At ₹999 and above there is nothing to pay for delivery.
  • Areas covered: India only. We do not ship outside the country.

Delivery times

Delivery time is the sum of two things: how long we take to get the order boxed and handed over, and how long the courier takes from there. Metro pincodes are quicker than remote ones.

Our packing days follow our opening hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Orders outside that window wait for the next one.

The address you enter

Please check the house number, the landmark, the pincode and above all the phone number before you confirm. Couriers in India only call ahead; an unreachable number is the single most common reason a parcel comes back to us.

Before dispatch we can edit an address on request to assist@sotiracollective.shop. Once it is in transit, we cannot.

Packing standards

Orders are boxed with the courier journey in mind. We would rather use a little more padding than explain a breakage later.

Nothing on the outer box announces what is inside it.

Running late

If tracking has not updated for a few days, tell us. We will lodge a trace with the courier and follow it through.

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we either send a replacement or refund you in full. You are not left carrying the cost of a courier failure.

When the parcel reaches you

Before signing, glance at the outer packing. Anything torn open, badly dented or damp is best refused there and then.

Concealed damage: 10 days from the delivery date, with photographs, as set out on the Refund and Returns Policy.
