How long we take

Our reply window is the working day. Our hours: Monday – Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST. Closed on Sundays and public holidays. Anything later waits for the next one.

If you have written and heard nothing within a working day, please check your spam folder before writing again. Our replies occasionally land there.

Complaints and grievances

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020 require every online seller to name a point of contact for grievances. Ours is reached at assist@sotiracollective.shop. Put the word Grievance in the subject line so it is not treated as a routine query.

We acknowledge grievances inside 48 hours and resolve them within one month, the statutory limit. Most are closed within days.
