Settling an order takes one of two forms: an advance UPI transfer, or cash collected at the doorstep on delivery.

The two methods we accept

UPI

If you pay by UPI, the confirmation step happens on your phone in your own app. Once it succeeds the order is locked in and goes to packing.

Cash on delivery (COD)

For most addresses we serve, cash on delivery is available. Checkout checks your pincode and the order value and flags it if COD cannot be offered.

What the price includes

  • Transacted in: Indian Rupees. Every figure on the site is shown as ₹ and billed as INR.
  • Taxes: Prices are tax-inclusive. You will not see a separate tax figure added on top of the amount shown.
  • Shipping added: Orders under ₹999 carry a ₹59 delivery charge. Cross that figure and it drops to nothing.
  • Further costs: No surcharges of any kind, including for COD orders.

What we can and cannot see

Payment authorisation is handled inside your own banking app on an encrypted connection. We keep the confirmation and the amount, and nothing else about how you paid.

Where a refund lands

Prepaid refunds land on the handle or account that paid. Cash orders are refunded by transfer to your account once you have given us the details in writing.
